About us

The basic idea

We are a multidisciplinary team with expertise in different fields. We put together an idea that we thought could be done to give everyone the power to sell their products or services easily on the web, without spending thousands of dollars upfront. We've narrowed the costs down as much as possible and came up with an intelligent, simple model that serves multiple businesses.

We are still developing parts of the system and modifying to accomodate for client's requests. We hope to mature and achieve our goal of having a micro webstore on each business for the lowest possible rate and still using the latest technologies.

Back office

The backoffice to create your messages or your menus if it is a restaurant, is as simple as could be. We cut out all the fat we could and left only the essential so you don't feel lost or confused. You can do everything with a tablet or even a phone. This includes, logging in, creating a menu or product list, taking photos and upload them and schedule the message to be delivered to your customers.

Support

There are several ways we can help you:

• We will be providing videos on our Youtube channel that will help you discover tricks and ways to do stuff faster.
• We have people to create the menus for you for a small monthly fee if you don't have the time or the resources to do it
• If the matter is not overwhelmingly urgent, you can use our email support@smspromos.biz to get answers to your questions
• If none of the above works for you, there's always the chance to call our support line and get things done!
